Achieving good mental health and physical wellness can be a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be. As a college student that has been through struggles of depression and anxiety, I’m sharing what I’ve learned and experienced to try to help others with similar issues. Mental health issues can leave you feeling helpless, but you are not alone and help is out there! On my website, I’ll write about my experiences and knowledge gained in an effort to help others overcome their own issues with mental health.
